As the filing due date draws near, IRAS would like to advise taxpayers who need help filing their tax returns to call us or visit the e-clubs. It is not necessary to come to Revenue House. This is also in line with the government's call to avoid crowded places and to be socially responsible to stay home if one is unwell or has visited any of the SARS affected areas. IRAS would be flexible towards taxpayers who may not be well and are thus unable to meet the filing deadline.
The E-Filing service will be available 24 hours daily, until 18 April 2003, at http://efile.iras.gov.sg or by dialling 1800-356 8322. The phone-filing service is also available in Mandarin. Anyone who needs help with e-filing can call our toll-free E-Filing service helpline on 1800-252 5011. This helpline is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm, including Sunday and on Good Friday.
