Q1. How do I save the Income, Deductions And Reliefs Statement/ Consolidated Statement / Acknowledgement page?

A1.

For PC running Windows with Internet Explorer browser
a) Select "File ->Save As..." on the top of the browser window menu.
b) Select the location to save the HTML document.
c) Type in the desired file name in "File name: " and click on "Save" button.

For PC running Windows with Fire Fox browser
a) Select "File ->Save Page As..." on the top of the browser window menu.
b) Select the location to save the HTML document.
c) Type in the desired file name in "File name: "
d) Choose "Web Page, complete" in "Save as type:" dropdown list
e) Click on "Save" button.

For Apple computer with Safari browser
a) Select "File ->Save As..." on the top of the browser window menu.
b) Type in the desired filename in "Save As: ".
c) Select the location to save the HTML document
d) Select "Web Archive" under the "Format:" box
e) Click on "Save" button.

Q2. What should I do if I am unable to view correspondence/notices via myTax Portal?

A2.

Please follow the steps to check your browser settings

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.xx, 6.xx or 7.xx for Windows
a) Click "Tools" on menu bar
b) Click on the "Internet Options"
c) Click on the "Security" tab
d) Click on the "Custom Level…" button
e) Scroll down until you see a title called " Downloads "
f)  Set the “Automatic prompting for file downloads” to “Enable”
g) If browser prompt the warning message, click yes
h) Check "Enable" for both options under "Cookies"
i)  Click "OK" button
j)  Click on the "Advanced" tab
k) Scroll down until you see a title called " Security "
l)  Make sure that the “Do Not save encrypted pages to disk" is unchecked
m) Click "OK" button
n)  Restart the web browser
