The due date for paying private lotteries duty is the same as the filing due date.
For clubs operating fruit machines, Tombola or continuous lucky draw, the payment due date is on the 14th of the month following the end of month it conducts the lottery.
For clubs conducting scheduled lottery (1-time), the payment is due within 14 days from the date of the lottery.
Examples:
- A club operating fruit machines in Aug 2011 will have to pay the duty by 14 Sep 2011.
- A club conducting a scheduled lottery (1-time) on 3 Aug 2011 will have to pay the duty by 17 Aug 2011.
