IRAS e-Filing Service Centres

IRAS officers will be at these centres to guide you in e-Filing.
Please bring along the following:

1. Your NRIC / Employment Pass / Work Permit;

2. Your SingPass / IRAS PIN; and

3. All documents and income details relevant for your filing, for example:

- IR8A Form (from your employer);
- for Child Relief Claims - Name(s), Birth certificate no./NRIC No. of your children;
- for Parent/Grandparent Caregiver Relief Claims - Name, NRIC No. of Parents/Parents-in-law.

Volunteer e-Filing Service Centres

Volunteers will be at these CitizenConnect Centres to help you in e-Filing.
Please bring along the following:

1. Your NRIC / Employment Pass / Work Permit;

2. Your SingPass / IRAS PIN; and

3. All documents and income details relevant for your filing, for example:

- IR8A Form (from your employer);
- for Child Relief Claims - Name(s), Birth certificate no./NRIC No. of your children;
- for Parent/Grandparent Caregiver Relief Claims - Name, NRIC No. of Parents/Parents-in-law.
- your DBS/POSB card to sign up for GIRO
