These Forms should be submitted to Subordinate Courts after the Originating Summons and Statement for Probate/Letters of Administration are granted.
These Forms can only be used :
- For deaths on or after 1 Jan 2002 but before 15 Feb 2008 and
- The aggregate value of all the deceased assets (excluding dwelling houses) does not exceed $600,000.
