The Protocol to the standing Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTA) between Singapore and Estonia will enter into force on 30 March 2012.
The Protocol incorporates the internationally agreed Standard for exchange of information for tax purposes upon request into the standing DTA.
