A person who has been authorised at e-Service Authorisation System (EASY) can log in to myTax Portal to view letters and notices (including e-Filing acknowledgement page) via the “View Correspondence/ Notices” e-Service.
Acknowledgement pages for returns submitted from 1 Feb 2008 onwards will be available online 3 working days after you have e-Filed.

After successful login to myTax Portal, click on “Goods & Services Tax” at the menu on the left.
Then, click on “View Correspondence/ Notices”.

Click on “Letters/Notices” for past letters sent by IRAS.
Click on “Acknowledgment/ Confirmation” for acknowledgment page of your GST returns.

To view/download the relevant document, click on the subject (blue hyperlink) of the document.

FAQs
1) Your personal tax reference number (NRIC/ FIN/ASGD/ ITR)
2) Your personal SingPass or IRAS PIN. You may reset/ request for a new SingPass or IRAS PIN online.
3) Your organisation’s tax reference number (e.g. UEN, GSTN)
4) Your client’s tax reference number (e.g. UEN, GSTN) if you logging in to myTax Portal on behalf of your client
The correspondences and notices are in pdf format and have been compressed as zip files. You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader and an unzip program to view them.
Most computers are installed with these software programmes. Otherwise, they can be downloaded for free online.
You should ensure that you are authorised for your organisation’s GST matters at e-Service Authorisation System (EASY) and you have selected “My Organisation's/Business' Tax Matters” at myTax Portal login page.
If you are logging in to myTax Portal on behalf of your client, you should ensure that you are authorised for your client’s GST matters at EASY and you have selected “My Client’s Tax Matters” at myTax Portal login page.
