Request e-Services Access Code
The Access Code is a unique 8-digit alphanumeric password issued to your organisation to authorise staff or third parties via e-Services Authorisation System (EASY) . Upon authorisation, your staff or third parties can access government e-Services (e.g. filing of GST returns via myTax Portal ) on behalf of your organisation.
Only one Access Code will be issued to your organisation at any time and the existing Access Code will be invalidated once a new Access Code is issued.
If you have lost/ misplaced/ revoked your access code, you can apply for a new access code completing the access code application form and send it to us via fax or mail. The Access Code will be mailed to your organisation’s registered address, within 4 working days. For sole-proprietors and companies under GST group or divisional registration, the access code will be sent to the GST mailing address of the business.
Request SingPass
SingPass is a common personal password for Singaporeans/ Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) to transact with the government online. You need either SingPass or IRAS PIN to access e-Services Authorisation System and myTax Portal for GST matters.
- Apply online at the SingPass website . The SingPass will be mailed to you within 4 working days. The immediate reset feature is also available to those who have pre-registered their mobile phone number.
- Apply in person at SingPass counters located islandwide . The SingPass will be issued on the spot.
Request IRAS PIN
IRAS PIN is a personal identification number issued to individual taxpayers (including foreigners) to access IRAS e-Services. You may use IRAS PIN to access e-Services Authorisation System and myTax Portal for GST matters. However, if you are a Singaporean/ Singapore Permanent Resident (PR), we advise you to obtain a SingPass.
You may apply online for IRAS PIN. Your IRAS PIN will be mailed to your registered address with IRAS within 5 days.
