Re-authorise staff/ third party after end of effective period
When a person who has been authorised at EASY is unable to log in to myTax Portal for GST e-Filing, a possible reason could be that his effective period of authorisation has ended.
To enable the person to continue to act for your organisation’s GST matters such as e-Filing, you have to delete his authorisation record in EASY and re-authorise him. You may download a printable copy of GST e-Filing User Guide (4.47MB) for step-by-step instructions on deleting authorisation record and authorising staff/ third party. To allow an unlimited effective period, you may leave the “Effective Date To” as blank during authorisation.

FAQs
You can authorise any number of staff according to your organisation’s needs. A staff authorised as a “preparer” can prepare the GST return online only while a staff authorised as an “approver” can both prepare and submit GST returns to IRAS online. Therefore, your organisation needs to authorise at least 1 approver for GST matters.
