The annual property tax rate is 10% of the Annual Value for all properties. These include HDB flats, houses, offices, factories, shop and land.
The property tax rate is lower if you own and occupy your home – you are eligible for concessionary owner-occupier tax rates. The owner-occupier tax rates based on the Annual Values (AVs) of your building are as follows:

Non-residential buildings and land will continue to be taxed at 10%. The owner-occupier tax rates do not apply to non-residential buildings or land even if you have bought the properties for your own use/ occupation.
