Residential address / mailing address
1. Singaporeans / Permanent Residents residing in Singapore
• Residential address
You need to update the change of residential address in your Identity Card (NRIC) at the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) or any of the Neighbourhood Police Posts/Centres.
As IRAS is one of the participating government agencies and statutory boards of the One-Stop Change of Address Reporting Service (OSCARS) system, we will be informed of your new address through OSCARS on the next working day automatically.
• Mailing address (if different from your residential address)
If you would prefer us to send your letters from IRAS to an address other than your residential address in your Identity Card (NRIC), please email us your mailing address.
2. Singaporeans / Permanent Residents residing overseas
• Residential address
If you wish to receive correspondence at your overseas address from all other government agencies and statutory boards (including IRAS) participating in the One-Stop Change of Address Reporting Service (OSCARS) system, please update your overseas address with ICA.

• Mailing address
If you wish to receive only letters from IRAS at your overseas address, please email us your overseas mailing address.
