Your client need to notify IRAS within 15 days if: • he rents out the property and charge premium; or • he increases the rent (including furniture rental and service charges) of your property.
He can notify IRAS via Notify lettings/ rental changes/ changes to the property . He may log in to myTax Portal with his SingPass > Other PT e-Services (left-hand menu) > Notify lettings/ rental changes/ changes to the property.
He need not notify us if his tenancy agreement has been e-Stamped.
