In myTax Portal, under View Account Summary and Payment Services, your clients can do the following:
- View tax account details (tax balance);
- Request a statement of account;
- Apply for GIRO; and
- Pay property tax via Internet Banking.

For law firms
Request Statement of Account (SOA) for InteReq Subscribers via InteReq System
Once a legal requisition is filed on the property, law firms authorised by the property owners or interested parties can access the latest statement of accounts within 93 days from the date the legal requisition is filed.
Request Statement of Account (SOA) for Non-InteReq Subscribers at Crimsonlogic Service Bureaus
From 1 Jul 2010, non-InteReq subscribers may request the SOAs from Crimsonlogic's Service Bureaus within 93 days from the date the legal requisition is filed. Crimsonlogic charges non-InteReq subscribers a fee of $3.00 per request.
If you have requested but there is no legal requisition filed on the property, you will not be able to obtain a copy of the SOA. You will not be charged for the request.

Discontinuation of Requests for Manual Statement of Account (SOA) from IRAS from 15 Jul 2010
IRAS no longer accepts requests for manual SOAs. InteReq subscribers will need to obtain the SOAs via the InteReq system. Non-InteReq subscribers will need to obtain the SOAs from Crimsonlogic's Service Bureaus at a fee of $3.00 per request.
