Valuation List for Current Year
Use the e-Valuation List service to search the current year annual value of a property. Each search costs $2.50 (inclusive of GST).
Payment Modes: NETS Cashcard*, VISA or MasterCard (Credit/Debit Card) or Prepaid Credit Card .
*NETS is discontinuing the service from 30 June 2013.
If you do not wish to pay by credit/debit cards, you may consider using a Prepaid Credit Card with a stored value function.
A self help (DIY) EVL terminal is available at the Taxpayer Services Centre, 55 Newton Road, Revenue House. The same search fee applies.
This service will be closed for daily maintenance from:
- 2am to 6am (SGT) on Mon to Sat
- 2am to 8.30am (SGT) on Sun.
If your client is the owner of the property, he can find out the current AV of his property from View Property Portfolio/ Change Mailing Address (left-hand menu) by logging in to myTax Portal with his SingPass at no cost.

Valuation List for past years is available on microfiche (small rectangle film) or microfilm. To request the information, please email us.
Charges for obtaining information on Valuation List are as follows:
- one lapsed Valuation List: $20 per property tax account.
- second and subsequent lapsed Valuation List: $20 per property tax account.
