As the filing due date is 30 Nov of each year (or 15 Dec of each year for qualifying companies that e-File Form C-S), companies have at least 11 months to file their Income Tax Return (Form C/ Form C-S). Please submit the Income Tax Return (Form C/ Form C-S) by the filing due date to avoid enforcement actions such as composition or summons issued to the company.
