For estate agents

Your clients can view or print a copy of their Statement of Account via:

 In myTax Portal, under View Account Summary/Payments, your clients can do the following:

  • View tax account details (tax balance);
  • Request a statement of account;
  • View a payment plan schedule (GIRO instalment plan);
  • Make payment via Internet Banking; and
  • Request a payment voucher to make payment via other payment modes (e.g. AXS, SAM, cheques etc)

If your clients are no longer the owners of the property, they will not be able to check the outstanding tax and payment details relating to the property.

For law firms

Request Statement of Account (SOA) for InteReq Subscribers via InteReq System

Once a legal requisition is filed on the property, law firms authorised by the property owners or interested parties can access the latest statement of accounts within 93 days from the date the legal requisition is filed.

Requesting Statement of Account (SOA) for Non-InteReq Subscribers at Crimsonlogic Service Bureaus

With effective from 1 Jul 2010, non-InteReq subscribers may request the SOAs from Crimsonlogic's Service Bureaus within 93 days from the date the legal requisition is filed. Crimsonlogic charges non-InteReq subscribers a fee of $3.00 per request.

If you have made a request but there is no legal requisition filed on the property, you will not be able to obtain a copy of the SOA. You will not be charged for the request.

Cessation of Requests for Manual Statement of Account (SOA) from IRAS with effect from 15 Jul 2010

IRAS will cease to accept requests for manual SOAs. InteReq subscribers will need to obtain the SOAs via the InteReq system. Non-InteReq subscribers will need to obtain the SOAs from Crimsonlogic's Service Bureaus at a fee of $3.00 per request.
