Valuation List for Current Year
Use the e-Valuation List service to search for a property’s annual value and “owner for property tax purposes” for the current year. Each search costs $2.50 (inclusive of GST). You can pay by CashCard, VISA or Mastercard.
A self help (DIY) EVL terminal is available at the Taxpayer Services Centre, 55 Newton Road, Revenue House. The same search fee applies.
This service will be closed for daily maintenance from:
- 2am to 6am (SGT) on Mon to Sat
- 2am to 8.30am (SGT) on Sun.
If your client is the owner of the property, he can find out the current AV of his property from View Property Portfolio by logging in to myTax Portal with his SingPass at no cost.
Valuation List for Past Years
Valuation List for past years is available on microfiche (small rectangle film) or microfilm. To request the information, please email us.
It costs $10 per microfiche or per roll of microfilm for a visual inspection of any back-year Valuation List.
Charges for written or verbal information on:
- one lapsed Valuation List: $20 per property tax account.
- second and subsequent lapsed Valuation List: $20 per property tax account.
