1. Update change in mailing address
Residential and Company address
Under normal circumstances, IRAS sends the property tax bill/notice/correspondence to the address based on the:
- Individual owner's identity card; or
- Corporate owner's registered office address as per the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) record.
You may have recently relocated and you wish to update your mailing address. You may do the following:
- For individual owners: Update your identity card at any Police Post
- For corporate owners: Lodge the changes with ACRA
You do not have to notify IRAS separately of the new address. IRAS’s record will be updated accordingly and you will receive the next property tax bill/notice/correspondence at the new address.
Mailing address other than residential or company address
If you wish to receive your property tax bill/notice/correspondence at a mailing address other than your residential or company address, you may inform us of the change in either of the following modes.

(Log in to my Tax Portal with your SingPass
-> View My Property Portfolio/ Change Mailing Address (left-hand menu)
-> Click on your property address
-> Click on “Change mailing address” button)
*Please note that only addressees of property tax bills are able to change the mailing address using this mode.

2. Information needed to update the mailing address
You will need to provide the following information in order for IRAS to update the mailing address apart from your residential or company address:
- Property tax reference number;
- Property address; and
- Your new mailing address.
