What should I do if there is erroneous/omitted record in the file submitted?
IPC's Administrator may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details for any omitted records to be updated after submitting the annual file. For erroneous records, please state clearly the donation details that need to be amended.
1. Donor's Tax Reference Number (NRIC/FIN/UEN)
2. Full name of the donor
3. Address (if available)
4. Amount of donation
5. Date of donation
6. Receipt number
7. Type of donation
8. Reason for omission/amendment
