What to do if there is donation record omitted in the file submitted?
You may send an email to ipclink@iras.gov.sg with the following details, should you require any amendments to be made after submitting the relevant details:
1. Donor's Tax Reference Number (NRIC/FIN/UEN)
2. Full name of the donor
3. Address (if available)
4. Amount of donation
5. Date of donation
6. Receipt number
7. Type of donation
8. Reason for omission
