The Offline Application is a free application provided by IRAS. It allows employers to prepare and submit their employees' employment income information to IRAS electronically.
This application is suitable for employers who:
- do not have a compatible payroll system
- cannot generate relevant appendices from their payroll software or
- have to make amendments to submitted records

| I participated in the Trial Exercise for YA 2012. What do I do next? |
The Trial Exercise period for YA 2012 has ended. You may now prepare for the live submission by downloading the Offline Application above.
For employers who have installed the trial application, please proceed to uninstall the application from your computer system. The trial version of the application is a training version solely for the Trial Exercise. It cannot be used for the actual 'Live' submission for Year of Assessment (YA) 2012.

| How do I update my application to the latest version? |
Always connect to the Internet when launching the application. If there is an updated version, there will be a message to inform you on how to perform the auto-update. Do accept all updates.
Alternatively, you could also re-download the application from the IRAS website.
