We have built in the relevant rebates (applicable for each year) for different types of properties in the calculators.
These calculators allow you to calculate the tax payable for a certain period. It is useful to:
- Owners who wish to calculate the tax payable for the year
- Purchasers who wish to know the property tax payable for a particular property
- Sellers who wish to check the amount to be reimbursed by purchaser after sale of property
- Lawyers who wish to apportion the tax between the buyers and sellers
If you need to find out your outstanding tax, you may log in to myTax Portal with your SingPass > Other PT e-Services (left-hand menu) > View Account Summary.
Note: The property tax calculation derived from using the property tax calculators may not reflect the actual property tax payable as it has not taken into account any rebates, concessions or refunds that you may be eligible for.
