You can pay Cash, Nets or Cheque made payable to Comptroller of Goods and Services Tax at Novena Singpost counter during its business hours.

Please note that IRAS does not accept post-dated cheques.

• Cheque by Post

You can pay via Singapore cheque, money/postal order or bank draft crossed and made payable to the Comptroller of Goods & Services Tax.

Cheques must reach us before the due date to avoid late payment penalty.

Please write your Name, Cess Reference Number and Cess period on the reverse side of the cheque and mail it together with Cess Form 2 to:
