Procedures for de-registration of cess

You do not need to de-register for cess unless you have ceased operation or cancelled the liquor licence on or before 30 Jun 2007.
 
If your business has ceased on or before 30 Jun 2007, you need to inform us within 7 days by filling up the De-registration Form for cess collection.
 
To de-register from collecting cess, one or more of the following documents may be required: 

• De-registration Form for cess Collection; 
• Application for cancellation or transfer of the liquor licence; 
• Cut off order issued by Power Supply; 
• Letter from landlord; 
• Termination of the tenancy agreement;
• Liquor licence if licence has been downgraded; and/or 
• Copy of the latest extract from Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for a company that has ceased business.
