Stamp duty

Where can I stamp my document?

You can access the e-Stamping  system to stamp your documents online in the comfort of your home, office or from anywhere.  Payment of Stamp Duty will be via GIRO (for registered user) or eNETS (for non-registered user).

You can also stamp your documents at the following locations:-

1. Service Bureaus 

There are four Service Bureaus operated by SingPost that you can go to if you need personalised service to assist you in stamping your documents.

You are advised to complete the requisition form before being served. To download the required requisition forms, click here.

2. IRAS Surf Centre

You can also visit IRAS Surf Centre to e-stamp e-Stamp your documents at our e-terminals.  Payment can be via eNETS or NETS.

Once your payment is successful, you will be able to print the stamp certificate immediately.

There is a daily payment limit of $2,000, unless otherwise specified by your bank.  If your payment exceeds the bank's limit, you can proceed to generate a payment voucher.  Please write the Document Reference Number on the back of your cheque or cashier’s order and mail it with the payment voucher to the address stated on the payment voucher.  You can also deposit the cheque or cashier's order and payment voucher in the Cheque Deposit Box (Stamp Duty) outside the Taxpayer Service Centre at IRAS.

The Document Reference Number can be found in the payment voucher.  Once your cheque or cashier’s order is cleared, a notification to print the stamp certificate will be sent to your email address provided.  If you did not provide an email address, the stamp certificate will be mailed to you.
