This service allows you to submit the Owner’s Return if you have not stamped your lease or tenancy agreement. You have to notify IRAS in writing within 15 days from the day:
(a) You rent out the property; or
(b) You increase the rent of the property

| File Objection to Annual Value |
This service allows you to file an objection to the annual value and/or effective date of assessment of your property. You may formally lodge an objection at any time of the year or within 21 days upon receiving the Chief Assessor’s notice to amend the annual value of your property. You will need to show evidence that the annual value is excessive.
If you are living in your own house, and would like to apply for owner-occupier tax rates, please do not file an objection. |
