File Form IR21
i. There are certain scenarios where tax clearance is not required. Find out more about the exceptions.
ii. Employers who are uncertain on the exceptions can also make use of this e-Service. An online notification will be displayed upfront at the point of e-Filing if tax clearance is not required. Employers can then print the notification for their record.
Authorised company staff and tax agents may check the processing status and view the Clearance Directive online.

You can view the Clearance Directive via myTaxPortal three working days from the date Form IR21 is processed.

Prepare and submit your employees' employment income information using AIS software (Submit Employment Income Records at myTax Portal (Online Application)/ Offline Application) or your payroll software (Validation and Submission Application).

|Wage Credit Scheme – Eligibility Search||This e-Service allows you to view if you are eligible for the WCS Payout, based on the UEN or NRIC number that you have registered with CPFB in making CPF contributions to your employees.||N.A.||-|
|Wage Credit Scheme – Breakdown Request||This e-Service allows employers to request for records of the WCS Payout breakdown by the qualifying employees.
Processing fees may apply depending on the number of employee records.
If the company has 100 and below qualifying employees, the records will be mailed to the business's registered address by ordinary mail.
If the company has more than 100 qualifying employees, the records will be provided to you via myTax Mail at myTax Portal within ten working days from the date of receipt of payment.
