International Visit Programme
We welcome visiting Government and tax administration officials who are interested in learning about our role and functions in tax administration in Singapore and in exchanging best practices with us. For a comprehensive coverage with customised three to five-day programme, you may approach the Tax Academy of Singapore.
Please complete and send the international visit programme application form (10 may 2019) (DOCX, 301KB) to IRAS International Visits ([email protected]) at least two (2) months before the date you intend to visit. We appreciate your co-operation in giving complete information in the application form for us to evaluate your visit request and to prepare a meaningful exchange with you.

Location of IRAS
Counter services are available for selected services by appointment only and served through video conferencing.
For your convenience and safety, you may meet an IRAS tax officer at the comfort of your home or office through a video conferencing (VC) session.
The session will be conducted via Microsoft Teams which is accessible using an internet
device such as a handphone, tablet or laptop. Join the video conference by clicking on the link in the email invitation that will be sent 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
This is applicable for appointments for Income Tax and Property Tax only.
