IRAS Survey on Digital Notices & Digital Mails

The Survey on Digital Notices & Digital Mails is conducted as part of IRAS’ efforts to better understand taxpayers’ preferences when communicating digitally with us on tax matters.

Who are the participants for the survey?

Respondents to the survey are randomly selected so that they will be representative of the profile of taxpayers who interact with IRAS.

How will the survey be conducted?

Invitations to participate in the survey will be sent out via email to randomly selected taxpayers. The emails will contain the survey links for participants to complete the online survey. The survey period will end on 6 May 2018.

How will my responses to the Survey be used?

The inputs from this survey will be used to develop policies and improve future communication initiatives.


The information gathered from this survey will be kept strictly confidential. Aggregated results may be disclosed in the public domain, without mention of any individual or firm.
