Singapore and China today signed a protocol to incorporate in their standing Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTA) the internationally agreed Standard for the exchange of information for tax purposes upon request.

The protocol was signed in Beijing by Mr. Moses Lee, Commissioner of Inland Revenue, and Mr Wang Li, Deputy Commissioner of the State Administration of Taxation.
