Singapore and Kazakhstan signed a protocol to incorporate the internationally agreed Standard for the exchange of information for tax purposes in their standing Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTA) on 9 April 2013.

The protocol was signed in Singapore between Mr Sim Cheok Lim, Singapore’s Ambassador to Kazakhstan and His Excellency Yerlan Baudarbek-Kozhatayev, Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Singapore.
