Improved Property Tax Digital Billing Experience

This year, we are launching a new initiative to improve the annual property tax digital billing experience for owners who own more than one property.

Triple One Notification IconTriple One Dashboard Icon

From Dec 2020, property owners who have opted-in for the consolidated electronic property tax bill will receive ONE notification once their digital bills are ready for viewing in myTax Portal, instead of separate notifications for each property tax account.

Our new and improved property dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. At a glance, you will be able to see an overview of your portfolio of properties and print a consolidated summary statement instead of printing each individual property tax bill. For corporate  owners, look out for the new feature which will allow your company representative to download essential property tax information to suit your company’s needs.

Try it out and let us know what you think! You can provide your feedback through the following links: feedback survey for corporate owners and feedback survey for individual owners.

Interactive Property Tax Bill (i-Bill)

The interactive bill (“i-Bill”) allows owners to view and pay their bills seamlessly on their mobile phones.

In the month of Dec, IRAS will send a unique link via SMS to selected residential property owners to view their bill on an interactive platform. Upon tapping the link, the last 4-digits of the owner’s ID (e.g. NRIC or FIN) will be required for verification purpose.

i-Bill displays tax information in a visual way and facilitates electronic payment for non-GIRO payees.
