IRAS encourages all applicants to check carefully on your stamping details before submission. If you need to amend/ revise the details of a past stamping record, please proceed to myTax Portal (Stamp Duty Login) > “Request” > “Amend/ Revise Stamping Record” and enter the Document Reference Number. Please note that this service is available only on desktop and not on mobile devices. 

Applicant should avoid submitting duplicate stamping records. You will be able to amend/ revise stamping records which you have access to. Most fields within the stamping record are allowed for amendments. However, please note that penalties may apply for late amendment/ submission. To facilitate our review, you may be prompted to upload attachments such as a copy of the liable document or IRAS may issue a letter to contracting parties to validate the amendments.

Your submission may be subjected to further review and you will be notified of the outcome within 30 working days. Alternatively, for some instances the amended stamp certificate can be downloaded immediately after the amendment. 

If duplicate stamping records has been submitted, please proceed to submit a request for assessment via myTax Portal (Stamp Duty Login) > “Request” > “Request for Assessment/Appeal for Waiver” with a copy of the liable document and the document reference numbers of the duplicate stamping records to be cancelled and retained. Requests are generally processed within 2 months from receipt of complete information.
