#SFFS Partner Excellence Programme (PEP)
Seamless Filing From Software (#SFFS) enables tax returns and information to be prepared and submitted directly from compatible software to IRAS.
The #SFFS Solution Partners framework brings together solution partners whose products have integrated with relevant IRAS APIs to support #SFFS. The framework replaces the former IRAS Accounting Software Register Plus (ASR+), which ceased on 30 June 2026.
What the framework covers
- Accounting solutions that support Form C-S, GST returns (F5/F7/F8) and/or GST InvoiceNow.
- Payroll solutions that support AIS, Tax Clearance using Form IR21 and the wider One-Stop Payroll journey.
- Donation solutions that support submission of tax-deductible donation records.
Businesses, employers and tax agents can use the #SFFS Solution Partners Listing to explore software based on the filing capabilities required and contact the solution provider directly.
Gold and Silver labels on the listing highlight solutions recognised under IRAS' #SFFS Partner Excellence Programme (PEP). Gold recognition requires higher business adoption and greater outreach commitments than Silver. All listed products, including those without a Gold or Silver label, meet IRAS' baseline listing requirements.
- Solution partners interested in integrating their products with the relevant IRAS APIs may submit the IRAS API Interest Form to indicate their interest. IRAS will contact them with further
information and the next steps.
- After completing the applicable integration and validation requirements, solution partners may submit their company and product information to become an #SFFS Solution Partner. IRAS will verify the relevant product information before publication
on the #SFFS Solution Partners Listing.
- Eligible #SFFS Solution Partners with a listed product may also choose to participate in the Partner Excellence Programme (PEP) when an application exercise is open. Participation is optional, and Gold or Silver recognition is assessed separately
from inclusion on the #SFFS Solution Partners Listing.
