  • Tax Academy of Singapore
    The mission of Tax Academy of Singapore is to raise the professional competency of the tax community in Singapore and develop Singapore into a regional tax knowledge hub. A not-for-profit institution, the Tax Academy is set up by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore in collaboration with the international accounting firms, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and the Law Society of Singapore.

  • Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Limited
    Set up by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore in partnership with the Tax Academy of Singapore, SCTP is the first dedicated accreditation body for tax professionals. It aims to promote tax practice standards, heighten the recognition of the tax profession and cater to the market’s need for tax specialists with highly advanced technical knowledge, skill sets and industry-recognised credentials.

International Organisations

  • Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA)
    CATA is the Commonwealth Organisation for Tax Administrators. It helps member countries through training programmes, technical conferences and knowledge sharing to develop effective tax administrations that promote sustainable development and good governance over the long term.

  • International Monetary Fund (IMF)
    The IMF is an international organisation of 185 member countries established to promote international monetary cooperation, exchange stability and orderly exchange arrangements; to foster economic growth and high levels of employment; and to provide temporary financial assistance to countries to help ease balance of payments adjustment.

  • Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)
    OECD brings together the governments of countries committed to democracy and the
    market economy to support sustainable economic growth, boost employment, raise living standards, maintain financial stability, assist other countries' economic development and contribute to growth in world trade.

  • Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
    ACRA provides a one-stop shop to customers by the integration of e-services with multiple agencies such as the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), Enterprise Singapore and Singapore Government Network Information Centre (SGNIC).

  • Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board 
    CPF is a comprehensive social security savings plan which provides many working Singaporeans with a sense of security and confidence in their old age.

    The Charity Portal is maintained by the Charities Unit of MCYS, which aims to develop a well-governed and thriving charity sector with strong public support.

  • Housing Development Board (HDB)
    HDB is Singapore's public housing authority and a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development.

  • Immigration Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA)

    This website provides a variety of services tailored to citizens, non citizens and businesses entities, such as applying for licences and permits. It also includes an alphabetical list of government agencies.

  • Singapore Statutes Online
    This website provides online access to Singapore Statutes.

  • Tote Board
    The Tote Board oversees the operations of the Singapore Turf Club and Singapore Pools (Private) Limited and ensures that horse racing and all forms of betting and gaming operated by the two entities are conducted with honesty and integrity.

  • Unique Entity Number (UEN) for all entities registered in Singapore
    From 1 January 2009, all entities that are registered in Singapore, such as businesses, local companies, limited liability partnerships (LLPs), societies, representative offices, healthcare institutions and trade unions, will have a Unique Entity Number (UEN) as its identification number. UEN shall be for registered entities as NRIC is for Singapore citizens.

    UEN replaces all other identification numbers issued by different government agencies, including IRAS, and should be used for interaction with government agencies. Find out more about UEN.

  • Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)
    URA is Singapore's national land use planning authority. It prepares long term and local area plans for physical development, and then coordinates and guides efforts to bring these plans to reality.
