You can view or print copies of the acknowledgement pages of your GST returns and other notices or letters issued to you within the past 3 years via myTax Portal. To do so, you must be authorized for the GST (Filing and Applications) e-Service under Corppass by your business.
- Log in to myTax Portal.
- Go to “Notices/Letters” and select “GST”.
- Click on the document to view the notice/acknowledgement page.
Points to note:
- Please ensure that you have disabled all pop-up blockers.
- The acknowledgement page can be retrieved only after 3 working days upon the filing of your GST return.
Retrieving acknowledgements / notices / letters not available in myTax Portal
If you are unable to retrieve a copy of the documents via myTax Portal, you may email us to request a copy of the documents. You can only request for documents up to past 5 years to-date. Search fees and document fees will apply:
- Document search fee per request: $20.00
- Fee for each page of document: $0.30
Example: Fees for retrieving acknowledgement pages
ABC Company is requesting for the acknowledgement pages for two GST returns filed 4 years ago. As each GST return has two pages of acknowledgement, the search fee and document fees payable by ABC Company would be :

How to pay
Once IRAS replies to you on the amount of search fees payable, please proceed to pay via Internet Banking Fund Transfer, with details as follows:
- Payee: Commissioner of Inland Revenue
- Account Type: DBS Current Account
- Account No.: 0010468669
- DBS Swift Code: DBSSSGSG
- Beneficiary Reference/Purpose of Payment/ Remittance information/ Payment Details: Tax reference number and purpose (e.g., 202012345A GST Ack)
After IRAS has received your payment, we will email the documents to you.
