• Making false entries in GST returns resulting in $110,119 of GST undercharged
• Making false entries in Corporate Income Tax returns resulting in $69,391 of taxes undercharged
• Money laundering using the underdeclared sales
• Attempting to cheat bank into approving company's loan application using falsified management accounts

Court sentence

• 9 months' imprisonment
• $253,195 in penalties
