You can pay at any DBS/POSB or OCBC ATM. The service is available 24 hours a day.

Making Payment

To make payment at an ATM, you need the Payment Slip that is issued with your Tax Bill. If you did not receive your paper bill, you may use DBS or OCBC online banking to pay with your Tax Reference number.

To make payment at a DBS ATM,

1. Insert card in card slot
2. Enter PIN
3. Select "More Services"
4. Select "Credit Card/Bill Payment"
5. Select "4" for "IRAS-Others-Pymt Slip"
6. Enter the 14 digits Payment Slip Number as the Bill Reference Number
7. Select bank account to pay from
8. Enter the amount to pay

To make payment at an OCBC ATM,

1. Insert card in card slot
2. Select language
3. Enter PIN
4. Select "More Services"
5. Select "Bill Payment"
6. Select "Other Bill Payments"
7. Select "Account Type"
8. Enter the 14 digits Payment Slip Number as the Bill Reference Number
9. Select bank account to pay from
10. Enter the amount to pay
11. Enter 6-digits billing code and confirm transaction

Please note that you are required to separately add IRAS to your list of Billing Organisations (via login to your OCBC Online banking) before you can make payment at an OCBC ATM.

The amount to be deducted is limited by the daily payment limit set by you with your bank.

The amount will be deducted immediately from your bank account and a receipt will be issued via the ATM.

Processing of Payment

Your payment will be posted into the tax account within three working days after payment is received.

To check your latest tax position, please log in to myTax Portal - "View Account Summary".
