For Corporate Property Owners
From 11 Apr 2021, you will be required to log in to government digital services for businesses (G2B) using Singpass instead of Corppass. For more information, visit Corppass website.

For Individual Property Owners
You need Singpass 2-Step Verification (Singpass 2FA) to log in to mytax.iras.gov.sg. This means that you have to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your mobile phone or generated by your OneKey Token as a second level of authentication. Please register and activate your Singpass 2FA at www.singpass.gov.sg.

Apply/ Withdraw for Owner-Occupier Tax Rates (Applicable to Residential Properties only)

For Individual Property Owners

Submit a claim/ request to withdraw owner-occupier tax rates.

Note: If you own and live in more than one house, you can only apply for the owner-occupier tax rates for only one property. This concession does not apply to corporate property owners. If you do not intend to live in the property, you should withdraw the owner occupier tax rates to avoid any penalty for late or non-notification.

Apply for a new eGIRO arrangement or to re-activate your previous GIRO arrangement and edit your payment plan for your Property Tax.

For Individual Property Owners

      Object to Annual Value
      This e-Service is mobile-optimised

      File an objection to the annual value and/or effective date of assessment of your property at any time of the year or within 30 days upon receiving the Chief Assessor’s notice to amend the annual value of your property. You will need to show evidence that the annual value is excessive.

      Note: If you are living in your own house, and would like to apply for owner-occupier tax rates, please do not file an objection.
