You need SingPass 2-Step Verification
(SingPass 2FA) to log in to
mytax.iras.gov.sg. This means that you have to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your mobile phone or generated by your OneKey Token as a second level of authentication. Please register and activate your SingPass 2FA at
SingPass has been enhanced with improved user interface, mobile-friendly
features and stronger security capabilities. It includes a Two-Factor
Authentication (2FA) for e-government transactions, particularly for those
involving sensitive data.
From 5 Jul 2015, EASY and IRAS’ e-Services using SingPass on
mytax.iras.gov.sg will require 2FA.
e-Services Authorisation System (EASY) is an online system which allows organisations to authorise their employees or a third party to access e-Services on their behalf.
Singapore Corporate Access or CorpPass is a single corporate digital identity for business users to conduct Government-2-Businesses (G2B) transactions. CorpPass will be progressively rolled out from Sep 2016 to Dec 2017, with more digital services added in each phase. It will replace SingPass/EASY and agency-issued login IDs for businesses to transact online with Government agencies by end 2017. Self-employed persons (e.g. taxi drivers and hawkers) can continue to use their SingPass to transact with the Government. Before CorpPass is the required login method for businesses to transact with IRAS by Q3 2017, business users can continue to use their SingPass or IRAS PIN to log in to myTax Portal.
Members of the public and agents (lawyers, property agents, managing agents) can use the e-Stamping service to pay stamp duty on their documents such as Sale & Purchase Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, Share Transfer and Mortgages.
S45 e-Filing services are available for you to submit S45 form, S45 Offline Data-Entry (ODE) Application, etc.
Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) can use the e-Submission of Donation to transmit tax-deductible donation information to IRAS.
myTax Mail is a secure email system for you to correspond with IRAS.
