PEP criteria and requirements
The Partner Excellence Programme (PEP) is an optional recognition programme for eligible #SFFS Solution Partners that demonstrate strong support for seamless filing adoption and ecosystem collaboration. Qualifying partners may receive Gold or Silver recognition.
- Gold and Silver: recognition label, priority support, opportunities to be featured on IRAS platforms and possible IRAS participation in partner-organised events, subject to prevailing entitlements.
- Gold: up to four partner-organised events annually, invitations to selected future grant programmes, and access to selected forums or consultations.
- Silver: up to two partner-organised events annually.
Gold and Silver recognition is valid for two years, subject to the PEP Terms and Conditions and continued fulfilment of the prevailing programme requirements. Associated benefits and use of the recognition label cease when the recognition period ends unless the partner receives recognition in a subsequent cycle.
Recognition is assessed against the prevailing cycle-specific criteria. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee recognition. IRAS reserves the right to review applications and determine the recognition outcome.

This verification is not a comprehensive assessment of the products or the solution partners’ services, including their cybersecurity, functionality, reliability, service quality, pricing, support services or suitability for any particular purpose.
Users should obtain information on these and other aspects directly from the relevant solution partner and assess whether the products and services meet their needs. Neither inclusion on the #SFFS Solution Partners Listing nor Gold or Silver recognition under IRAS’ #SFFS Partner Excellence Programme (PEP) constitutes an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by IRAS of the solution partner, its products or its services, or certification of their overall security, quality or suitability.
