The Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation (DTA) between Singapore and Guernsey enters into force today, while the Protocol to the standing DTA between Singapore and Portugal will enter into force on 26 December 2013.

Both the DTA with Guernsey and the Protocol with Portugal include the internationally agreed Standard for the exchange of information for tax purposes.
