This page provides guidance on the process of retrieving a Stamp Certificate from myTax Portal.

Instructions to retrieve Stamp Certificate

  1. Log in to myTax Portal (Stamp Duty Login)
  2. Select Inbox > Stamp Duty
  3. Locate the Stamp Certificate using the Document Reference Number or IRAS Case Number

or

  1. Log in to myTax Portal (Stamp Duty Login)
  2. Select Records > Search Records/Cases
  3. Search using Document Reference Number, IRAS Case Number, File Reference Number or the Property Address

You can only retrieve Stamp Certificates dated within this year and the past 3 years, in line with IRAS’ archival policy. If you need Stamp Certificates that are dated before this period, please approach your representative who performed the stamping for you (e.g. law firm, estate agent, or landlord).
