Amending Stamp Duty Certificate

Amendments can be made using the e-Stamping Portal. There are no changes on your request to amend your Stamp Certificate.

Self-Amendment via e-Stamping Portal

For single item amendment1 which does not result in additional stamp duty payable

 

1Fields such as Name of Party, Identity Number, Block/ House Number, Level-Unit, Document Description and Applicant's Reference Number.

Log in to e-Stamping Portal > select “Records” > “Amend Stamp Certificate” 

You will need the following:

  1. Your SingPass
  2. For Registered Users - Your Login ID and password
  3. Document Reference Number
  4. Stamp Certificate Reference Number
 3 minutesYou can download the Stamp Certificate immediately after the amendment.

e-Application via e-Stamping Portal

For multiple items amendment which does not result in additional stamp duty payable

 

Log in to e-Stamping Portal > select “Requests” > “Amend Stamp Duty Certificate”You will need the following:
  1. Your SingPass
  2. For Registered Users - Your Login ID and password
  3. Document Reference Number
  4. Stamp Certificate Reference Number
  5. Supporting documents (if applicable):
    • Maximum file size: 10MB per file
    • Supported file type: PDF, JPG, PNP

 

Within 3 working daysLog in to e-Stamping Portal > select “Records” > “View Stamp Duty Certificate”

 

e-Application via e-Stamping Portal

For amendment(s) which result in additional stamp duty payable

 

Log in to e-Stamping Portal > select “Stamping” > “Additional Stamp Duty”

You will need the following:

  1. Your SingPass
  2. For Registered Users-
    Your Login ID and password
  3. Document Reference Number
  4. Stamp Certificate Reference Number
  5. If you are making payment by eNets, your bank ID and password (i.e bank security token)

Payment via eNets
You can download the Stamp Certificate immediately after successful payment.

 

Payment via Cheque
Please allow up to 5 working days for the cheque to be cleared.

Once your cheque has been cleared, a notification to download the stamp certificate will be sent to the email address provided.

Thereafter, you may log in to e-Stamping Portal > select “Records” > “View Stamp Duty Certificate” to download the Stamp Certificate.
