Singapore Corporate Access (CorpPass)


CorpPass is a corporate digital identity for businesses and it will be the only login method for corporate online transactions with the Government.

From Q3 2018, you must first be authorised via CorpPass before you can log in to IRAS' e-Services.

 For Business  

If you are representing a business / GST-registered company or partnership to transact with IRAS: 


1. Identify your CorpPass role

 Only the Registered Officer (RO) or the Admin nominated by the RO can register for a CorpPass Admin account.

This step is not required if the CorpPass admin is the person who transact with IRAS and has been granted access to all digital services – proceed to Step 4.

EASY records will be migrated to facilitate the creation of CorpPass User Account.

If your company has previously authorised a third party/tax agent to manage all tax matters in EASY, you need not re-authorise your third party/tax agent in CorpPass. Otherwise, please authorise your third party/tax agent.

If you are a GST-registered Sole-Proprietor, GST group and divisional registrants:   


 

GST CorpPass Admin

  • Person appointed by the Sole-proprietor/ Group/ Division to manage the GST CorpPass account.

  • Maximum of 2 GST CorpPass Admin per GST account at any one time.

Examples:

  • The Sole-Proprietor (default GST CorpPass Admin)

  • Finance or Administrative Director of the GST Group representative member or GST division

GST CorpPass User

  • Person who transacts with IRAS on behalf of the Sole-proprietor/ Group/ Division.

  • No limit to the number of CorpPass users.

 Example:

  • Finance/ accounts executive

The GST CorpPass Admin account will be created by IRAS and CorpPass. 

You need to provide us the details of your appointed GST CorpPass admin using the “Appointment of GST CorpPass Admin” form. Send the completed form to us via myTax Mail [log into myTax Portal and click on “Email Us (myTax Mail)”]. 

The GST CorpPass Admin will receive an email notification from CorpPass once the account is successfully set up and will need to reset the password to activate the account. 

To remove or change your GST CorpPass Admin, you need to inform us via myTax Mail at least 5 working days in advance. 

Download the following “Appointment of GST CorpPass Admin” form for:

-           GST-registered Sole-proprietor

-           Group GST registration

-           Divisional GST registration

This step is not required if the GST CorpPass admin is the person who files the GST returns – proceed to Step 4.

GST CorpPass Admin: Log in to CorpPass to create GST CorpPass User account for the person who is filing GST returns for the business. 

Your EASY records (i.e. GST Approver/Preparer) will be migrated to facilitate the creation of GST CorpPass User Account. You need to verify that the GST Approver/Preparer   will be filing/preparing the GST returns for the business before you create a GST CorpPass User account for them.  

GST CorpPass User: Receive an email notification from CorpPass to reset password and activate your account.


GST CorpPass Admin: After the GST CorpPass user activates his/her account, select GST e-Services into the entity’s list of e-Services and assign the selected GST e-Services to the user account. If you are the person who files the GST returns, assign the selected GST e-Services to your own account.

For Tax Agent


If you are transacting on behalf of a business client:
