Filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI)
If your company’s financial year end is 31 May, you have to file your ECI for Year of Assessment (YA) 2026 by 31 Aug 2025. File your ECI for YA 2026 before 14 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025. Find out more on filing of ECI.
Filing of Corporate Income Tax Return – Form C/ Form C-S/ Form C-S (Lite)

You have to file your YA 2025 Corporate Income Tax Return by 30 Nov 2025. File your outstanding Corporate Income Tax Return for YA 2025 before 14 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025. Find out more on filing of Corporate Income Tax Return.

If you recommenced business or are striking off your company, you may need to file Corporate Income Tax Return for back or advance YAs. File your Corporate Income Tax Return before 14 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025.

Filing of Withholding Tax – S45 Form and S45 Offline Data Entry (ODE) ApplicationFile your Withholding Tax due on 15 Aug 2025, before 14 Aug 2025.
Filing of GST Return / Edit Past ReturnFile the GST F5/F7/F8 before 14 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025.
Filing of Tax Clearance – Form IR21File your outstanding returns before 14 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025.
Payment of Property Tax for Completion of Sale of Property (for HDB flat and Private Property)

If the completion of sale of your property falls between 14 and 17 Aug 2025, please pay any outstanding property tax via AXS e-Station, AXS m-Station or Internet Banking Bill payment by 13 Aug 2025 for payment to be updated in account by 25 Aug 2025.  Payment made on/ after 14 Aug 2025 will be reflected after system resumes from 18 Aug 2025. Please retain a copy of the payment receipt and provide to HDB or your lawyer to facilitate your sale completion.

For GIRO arrangements, deduction will proceed as scheduled on 5 Aug 2025 and will be reflected in the account after 8 Aug 2025.

Updating of Property Ownership

Save your Notice of Transfer drafts ahead of the scheduled service downtime. Drafts will remain retrievable and can be submitted once the service resumes.

For property transfers that are due for notification to IRAS between 14 and 17 Aug 2025, the submission deadline will be automatically extended to 25 Aug 2025 (i.e., additional 5 working days after 18 Aug 2025), with no penalties imposed.

Object to Annual ValueIf your 30-day objection filing deadline falls within the scheduled service downtime between 14 and 17 Aug 2025, the deadline will be automatically extended to 25 Aug 2025 (i.e., additional 5 working days after 18 Aug 2025), providing sufficient time for submission.
e-Stamping

e-Stamp, submit and pay stamp duty on all outstanding records/drafts before 14 Aug 2025. 

To ensure successful payment and retrieval of Stamp Certificate before the downtime period, please pay by the specified timing for the various payment modes: 

  • Internet Banking Fund Transfer – 6 Aug 2025, 11:59 PM
  • GIRO – 11 Aug 2025, 11:59 PM
  • PayNow QR, AXS, one-time GIRO deduction using DBS/POSB – 14 Aug 2025, 7:00 PM.

Past stamping records, saved drafts, and Stamp Certificates will not be accessible during the downtime period. Please save offline copies of your documents before 14 Aug 2025.

Appeal for Penalty Waiver

Please note that the appeal can only be made after you have submitted the outstanding return or paid the outstanding tax in full.

For Partnership:

Appeal for a waiver of composition amount by 5 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025. 

For Individual Income Tax/ Corporate Income Tax/ Property Tax/ Goods and Services Tax:

Appeal for a waiver of composition amount; and/or
Appeal for a waiver of late payment penalty before 14 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025.

Request for an extension of time to file by 5 Aug 2025 or after 18 Aug 2025.

For Individual Income Tax / Corporate Tax:
