If you have failed to report your income earned in the previous years, please provide ALL of the following information in your Income Tax Return during the e-Filing period (from 1 Mar to 18 Apr) or via email (if you are reporting it after 18 Apr):

  1. Nature / type of income (e.g. salary, bonus, allowance, commission, etc.);
  2. Period for which income is earned (period from / period to);
  3. Date in which income is received; and
  4. Amount.

For director's fees, please provide us with the date that the fees were approved at the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) or Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
