Our 2-year MAP offers the opportunity to undergo a structured programme in at least 2 different areas of work in IRAS.

Associates will get to develop competencies across different roles and functions.

Get to develop competencies across different roles and functions (policy, operations and other competencies). Associates will also be given support and career guidance in the form of mentorship by our Senior Leaders as well as training and developmental opportunities including overseas training opportunities or exposure to work outside IRAS.

As a young officer, this programme will benefit you as you will gain a better understanding of your career preferences and fit within IRAS and your longer-term career aspirations.
