Develop broad-based capabilities through exposure to diverse functions, perspectives and challenges across IRAS. You will:
- Experience diverse areas of work across IRAS
- Build competencies in policy, operations and corporate functions
- Work on organisation-wide initiatives and priorities
- Develop leadership capabilities through structured development opportunities
Programme Duration: 2 years
Management Associate Programme (Real Estate & Valuation) (RE&V)
Develop professional expertise in real estate market and valuation, through a structured specialist pathway that combines market analysis, business and economic insights, valuation policy, and public sector impact. You will:
- Develop expertise in property valuation and market analysis
- Gain exposure to valuation policy and public sector decision-making
- Apply data, analytics and AI to valuation challenges
- Gain business and industry insights through exposure to properties, sectors and market trends across Singapore
Programme Duration: Up to 3 years

Build versatile competencies spanning policy development, operational excellence, data analytics, and strategic functions—preparing you to tackle complex challenges from multiple perspectives.
MAP (Real Estate & Valuation)
Build a market-relevant professional discipline in real estate and valuation through exposure to valuation practice, urban economics, land and development considerations, and policy-linked work. Gain insights into businesses, markets and public sector decision-making while applying data and technology to real-world valuation challenges.
