Salaried Employees (Form B1) Press Option "0" at the Main Menu; followed by Option "1" for Employees and e-Filing Assistance;

Our peak hours are from 10am to 2.30pm and we receive more calls on Mondays and the day after public holidays.

During this tax filing season, the Individual Income Tax and Property Tax Helpline (1800 356 8300), operating on Mondays to Fridays (8a.m. to 5p.m.), will also be available on Saturdays, 8 & 15 Apr 2017 (8a.m. to 1p.m.), for enquiries relating to filing of Income Tax for Year of Assessment 2017.

Need help in filing your tax? Call us at 1800 356 8300 for assistance or make an appointment at least 2 working days in advance to visit us in March. Waiting time for walk-ins without appointment may take more than 2 hours.

Be ready with your SingPass 2-Step Verification (2FA) before visiting us. To set up your SingPass 2FA, visit tinyurl.com/singpass2FA for details. It will take up to 10 working days to set up 2FA.

When visiting us, please bring along the following: 

1. Your NRIC / Employment Pass / Work Permit; and

2. Your SingPass 2FA / IRASPIN; and

3. All documents and income details relevant for your filing, for example;

-IR8A Form (from your employers who are not in Auto-Inclusion Scheme);

-Statement of Account (for self employed, Sole proprietors and partners);

-for Child Relief Claims - Name(s), Birth certificate no./NRIC No. of your children;

-for Parent/Grandparent Caregiver Relief Claims- Name, NRIC No. of Parents/Parents-in-law.
