Details in Authentic Stamp Certificates
Upon successful stamping and payment, you will be able to download a copy of the Stamp Certificate via the e-Stamping Portal.
The Stamp Certificate contains the following information:
- Document Reference Number issued by IRAS
- Stamp Certificate Reference Number issued by IRAS
- Document description
- Property address (where applicable)
- Amount of stamp duty paid
- Names of parties to the document
Go to e-Stamping Portal to perform an online check on the authenticity of the
Stamp Certificate given by a third party (e.g. your lawyer or agent).
