This page provides guidance on the process of retrieving a Stamp Certificate from the  e-Stamping Portal.

Instructions to retrieve Stamp Certificate

  1. Login to e-Stamping Portal
  2. Select Inbox > Stamp Duty
  3. Locate the stamp certificate using the Document Reference Number or IRAS Case Reference Number


  1. Login to e-Stamping Portal
  2. Select Records > Search Records/Cases
  3. Search using Document Reference Number, IRAS Case Number, File Reference Number or the Property Address


You can only retrieve Stamp Certificates dated within this year and the past 3 years, in line with IRAS' archival policy. If you need Stamp Certificates that are dated before this period, please approach your representative who performed the stamping for you (e.g. law firm, estate agent, or landlord).
