Service Downtime for myTax Portal Enhancement
As part of IRAS' ongoing efforts to enhance our digital services and improve your experience, we will be rolling out enhancements to myTax Portal.
To facilitate these enhancements, myTax Portal (Stamp Duty Login) and all IRAS digital services will be temporarily unavailable from 22 December 2026, 12.00am to 29 December 2026, 8.00am. In addition, selected digital services will be unavailable from 16 December 2026 onwards.
Stamping and stamp duty payments that are due between 22 and 28 December 2026 (inclusive) will be automatically extended to 5 January 2027. Please refer to the list of FAQs for more information.
Instructions to retrieve Stamp Certificate
- Log in to myTax Portal (Stamp Duty Login)
- Select Inbox > Stamp Duty
- Locate the Stamp Certificate using the Document Reference Number or IRAS Case Number
or
- Log in to myTax Portal (Stamp Duty Login)
- Select Records > Search Records/Cases
- Search using Document Reference Number, IRAS Case Number, File Reference Number or the Property Address
You can only retrieve Stamp Certificates dated within this year and the past 3 years, in line with IRAS' archival policy. If you need Stamp Certificates that are dated before this period, please approach your representative who performed the stamping for you (e.g. law firm, estate agent, or landlord).
